But as we watched what happened beyond the website, a frustrating pattern emerged. Students would give schools incredible data, telling them exactly who they were and what they wanted. Yes — all of them. The system was designed from the start to support every stage of the enrollment funnel, from search-level outreach to melt prevention. Web services queries add flexibility for highly dynamic audiences over longer campaign windows. The one campaign type we worked hardest to crack was nurture — because nurture requires understanding a student over time without repeating yourself. That's built in.
Does Halda have data sharing agreements to address FERPA compliance?
Yes. Under current contracts, Halda operates as a school official under FERPA, and the data is used for educational purposes — not sold. Data sharing and data processing agreements are in place. If you have specific compliance questions, a member of our team can walk you through the details.
Is the tool WCAG / ADA compliant?
Yes. Because of the way Halda generates content, the output is well within ADA requirements. Halda recently received an updated VPAT reflecting clean compliance with WCAG standards across all student-facing tools. Available upon request.

Four things: Slate as your CRM, a completed email integration, AI Campaigns enabled on your Halda account (your Account Manager can confirm this), and a prospect list ready for upload.
How does Halda handle brand guidelines and email templates?
Brand voice, tone, and style guides can be uploaded directly to the Halda knowledge base. Halda generates the email content; Slate handles the HTML template. Significant work has gone into making sure the content actually sounds like you, not like a generic AI output.
