Release Radar: November & December 2025

Release Radar: November & December 2025

Big upgrades. Less friction. Let’s go.

The holidays are usually about slowing down.
We did the opposite.

November and December shipped some of our most meaningful platform upgrades yet — focused on faster data, sharper AI, cleaner workflows, and more control where it really matters.

Here’s what’s new.

Faster, fresher data, every 10 minutes

Waiting a full day for updated metrics? Hard pass.

We moved key platform data processing from once a day to every 10 minutes, so what you see is much closer to what’s happening right now.

You’ll notice fresher stats in:

  • Homepage summary metrics
  • Student Records → event activity
  • Value awareness emails
  • AI email metrics (Page Views + Hub Engagements)

TL;DR: better visibility, fewer “Is this up to date?” moments.

The AI Knowledge Base & Training  just raised the bar

  1. AI Training
  • You now have a one stop shop for training your AI. See past audits start new audits
  • Review feedback given in AI SEO
  • Upload a list of questions for a custom audit

Translation: Better AI responses  and audits that reflect your reality

  1. Topic Instructions didn’t just change, they got smarter and easier to use.
  • Search bar (because scrolling is not a strategy)
  • Deeper analytics
  • New topic card design that’s easier to scan and manage

Segment-aware audits (finally)

Audits can now be split by segment inside the AI Knowledge Base.

That means:

  • Grad answers aren’t influenced by undergrad logic
  • Transfer questions stay in their lane
  • More accurate previews of how AI responds per segment

Custom Lead Recommendations (your rules, your summary)

Lead Recommendations are no longer one-size-fits-all.

Partners can now add a custom prompt in the Lead Recommendation Field  to control what the AI includes in the summary.

Examples:

  • Remove visited pages
  • Force paragraph format instead of bullet lists
  • Always include state or country

AI Search document upload (Beta)

You can now upload documents into the Knowledge Base and have AI Search use them to answer questions.

  • Works with uploaded files
  • Controlled via feature flag (ask your account manager about this feature)
  • Rolling out intentionally to ensure performance stays sharp

Expanded AI SEO reporting

AI SEO now reports on AI searches across Web Chat, Phone, and SMS.

What’s new:

  • Filter reporting by channel
  • All AI searches now included in AI SEO
  • Full conversations still live where they belong (Phone & SMS pages)

Smarter forms and cleaner embeds

Forms got quieter in a good way.

New updates include:

  • Option to remove billboards on embedded forms
  • Transparent widget background (auto-matches your site styling)
  • New segment routing logic based on form responses or form type
    • If a student fills out an undergraduate form or indicates they are an undergraduate, you can automatically assign them to the undergraduate segment.

Segments now tie directly into integrations, so:

  • Grad leads go to the grad CRM instance
  • Undergrad leads go where they should

Data directories are now downloadable

Manually configuring data directories is officially retired.

You can now download a data directory directly from a form variant using the three-dot menu.

SFTP file naming (because CRMs are picky)

Some CRMs require the same file name every time to process data correctly.

Now you can customize file names for SFTP integrations to match those requirements.

Small change. Massive headache avoided.

Comeback Emails: precision unlocked

AISR Comeback Emails are now fully configurable.

You can control:

  • CRM instance (yes, even multiple!)
  • Segment
  • Stage
  • Messaging

Plus, we improved prompt controls:

  • Choose Halda CTAs or custom CTAs
  • Removed clunky prompt boxes
  • More predictable, consistent email output

Less friction. Better insight. More control.

Our most recent upgrades focused on:

  • Faster insight
  • Even smarter AI
  • Cleaner segmentation
  • More control for real teams doing the work

As always, if you want help turning any of this on — or want to see what’s coming next — your Halda team has you covered.
