Students can explore additional topics or take deeper dives into specific questions within a conversation thread. Context awareness increases accuracy for follow-up questions. And as an added bonus, this is also a valuable tool for counselors using a website to answer questions from students.

Cards now dismiss automatically after a click or submission, keeping website navigation clean and engaging.

Promote an event with targeted cards that appear only on program-specific pages. After a student registers, the card disappears, keeping their experience seamless.
