Revenue Operations Manager

HubSpot administration and revenue operations  |  Full time  |  Remote (U.S.) or hybrid (Provo, UT)

About the opportunity

HubSpot is where Halda’s revenue lives. Every meeting booked, deal advanced and renewal closed runs through it. You’ll own the portal end to end and use it to run revenue operations across marketing, sales and customer success. That means clean data, reporting people trust, automation that gives reps hours back and processes the whole team follows. You’ll work directly with Halda’s revenue leadership, and your fingerprints will be on every number the company reads.

What you’ll do

  • Own HubSpot administration end to end: objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions and integrations.
  • Build reporting leadership can trust, from first touch through closed-won revenue and renewals.
  • Keep the data clean with dedupe, validation and enrichment processes, so nobody has to wonder whether a record is right.
  • Automate lead routing, deal stage hygiene and the handoffs between sales and customer success.
  • Design processes with sales, marketing and CS leaders before you automate them. A broken process automated faster is still broken.
  • Manage the tools connected to HubSpot, from enrichment vendors to billing, and retire the ones nobody uses.
  • Train new reps on the system and hold the team to it. Adoption is part of the job.

What we're looking for

  • At least three years administering HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, ideally as the primary admin.
  • Experience in revenue operations or sales and marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Fluency with reporting and data. You can build a dashboard, audit a funnel and explain a number that looks wrong.
  • The judgment to push back on a workflow request that will create a mess six months from now.
  • Clear written communication, because much of this job is explaining systems to people who would rather not think about systems.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Integration experience through middleware such as Zapier or Make, or directly against the HubSpot API
  • Exposure to SQL or Snowflake
  • Familiarity with higher ed or edtech go-to-market. Bonus points if you know what yield season feels like.
